Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Primal Play, an 18+ private lifestyle social app for verified adults and couples. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, legally able to use the service, and not previously banned from Primal Play. You may not impersonate another person or create an account for someone without their consent.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. Violating content may be removed, hidden, or restricted, and users who abuse others or repeatedly violate these standards may be suspended or permanently banned.

We expect respectful, lawful, and consent-based behavior. Harassment, threats, hate speech, impersonation, spam, exploitation, commercial sexual solicitation, content involving minors, and attempts to bypass safety systems are not allowed.

Public surfaces, including public profile photos and community feed content, may not contain nudity or sexually explicit material. Public content may be reviewed using automated tools and human moderation. Direct messages are subject to the same standards and may be reviewed when reported.

Accounts may be required to complete verification before entering the community. Verification materials are used for safety review and are not public profile content.

Users can report profiles, messages, feed posts, and comments from inside the app. Users can also block other users. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours, and we may remove content, restrict accounts, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Primal Play a limited license to host, display, process, and moderate that content as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have rights and consent for any content you upload or share.

Primal Play does not conduct criminal background checks and does not guarantee the conduct of any user. Use caution when interacting with others, meet in public first, and report unsafe behavior.

You may delete your account in the app. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe a user violates these Terms or creates risk for the community.

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any user-provided information is accurate.
