Primal Play is a private 18+ lifestyle social app for verified adults and couples. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

We collect account information such as email address, authentication data, and basic profile details you choose to provide, including display name, age eligibility, profile photos, preferences, and written profile content.

If you grant location permission, we collect approximate device location to rank nearby profiles and show approximate distance. We do not track your location in the background, and we do not show your exact location to other members.

We also process messages, feed posts, comments, reports, verification submissions, device information, and app usage data needed to operate, secure, and improve the service.

If you join our marketing or launch-update list on our website, we collect your email address and limited technical details such as referrer and browser user agent so we can deliver updates and prevent abuse.

We use information to create and maintain accounts, operate discovery and messaging, provide safety features, review reports, verify accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot bugs, and provide customer support.

Public profile and feed surfaces may be moderated using automated and human review tools. Private verification selfies are reviewed only for account verification and are not shown on profiles.

Website newsletter emails are used only for Primal Play updates, launch announcements, and related community communications.

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us operate the app, such as hosting, authentication, file storage, moderation, analytics, support, and app distribution vendors.

We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the safety of users and the community.

You can edit your profile, control discoverability, hide approximate distance display, manage notifications, block users, and delete your account from within the app.

You can revoke location, camera, photo, or notification permissions in your device settings. Some features may work less effectively without those permissions.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails or by contacting support.

We keep information while your account is active and for a limited period afterward as needed for safety, legal, backup, and operational purposes. Account deletion is available in the app.

Primal Play is only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us immediately.
