Child Safety Standards

These standards apply to Primal Play, the private 18+ lifestyle social app for verified adults and couples developed and published by Primal Play.

Primal Play has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Content or conduct that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited, and accounts responsible for it are permanently removed and reported as required by law.

For the purposes of these standards, a minor is any person under 18 years of age. CSAE includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation material (CSEM), grooming, sextortion, the trafficking or solicitation of minors, and any other sexualization of a minor.

The following are prohibited on Primal Play without exception:

• Creating, uploading, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child sexual exploitation material (CSEM), including drawn, animated, or computer-generated depictions.
• Sexualizing a minor in text, images, video, audio, profile content, or direct messages, including sexual commentary about a real minor.
• Grooming — building a relationship with a minor, or with an adult with access to a minor, in order to sexually exploit that minor.
• Sextortion — threatening to expose intimate imagery of a minor to obtain money, further imagery, sexual contact, or any other benefit.
• Trafficking a minor, or soliciting, advertising, or arranging sexual contact with a minor, on or off the platform.
• Using Primal Play to identify, contact, or arrange access to a minor for any sexual purpose.
• Accessing Primal Play while under 18, or creating or maintaining an account on behalf of a person under 18.

Primal Play is restricted to adults 18 and older. Members must confirm age eligibility at sign-up, and accounts may be required to complete verification before they are granted access to the community. Accounts we believe to belong to a minor are removed, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Public surfaces, including public profile photos and community feed content, may not contain nudity or sexually explicit material, and public content may be reviewed using automated tools and human moderation before it is published. Automated signals, member reports, and verification review are triaged by our moderation team, which can remove content, restrict features, and terminate accounts.

Direct messages are held to the same standards and may be reviewed when reported.

Every profile, feed post, comment, and message in Primal Play can be reported from inside the app using the report action on that content, and any member can be blocked. Reports are the fastest way to reach our moderation team.

You can also report suspected CSAE directly to our child safety contact at primalplayapp@gmail.com. You do not need a Primal Play account to send a report. Please include the profile name, where the content appears, and a short description. Do not attach suspected CSAM to your report — describe where it is located instead.

Safety reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours, and reports involving a minor are treated as urgent.

When we confirm a violation of these standards, we remove the content and permanently terminate the account.

We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), preserve the associated records, and cooperate with law enforcement, as required by applicable child safety laws.

If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

The Primal Play trust and safety team is our designated point of contact for child safety matters, including reports from members and the public and inquiries from Google Play, app stores, regulators, and law enforcement. The team is reachable at primalplayapp@gmail.com.
